The best bread in the world.
Una panadería sensacional. David y su hermano continúan la tradición artesanal de sus padres y abuelos, elaborado un pan magistral, acompañado del clásico hornazo de la zona y unas perrunillas, que son pura gloria. Un producto de alta calidad humana, elaborado con las mejores materias primas. En esta ocasión no pudimos probar las magdalenas, se habían terminado. Gustosamente lo haremos en nuestra próxima visita.

Vas caminando por la calle y te llega el olor bueno y rico a pan desde lejos, que bueno esta el hornazo, bien lleno y jugoso, la masa y el relleno esta buenísimo y el pan igual, buenísimo. Horno de leña como lo de antes... El chico que atiende además es super majo y simpático, fuimos dos días a comprar por lo bien que nos cayo y lo bueno que estaba todo.

Auténtica panadería con horno de leña que perdura en el tiempo generación tras generación elaborando productos de manera tradicional y con valor añadido. De singular y extraordinaria calidad son el pan bregado o candeal y el hornazo de chorizo y lomo. Seguro que los dulces destacan por su sabor o sus cualidades. La atención no pudo ser mejor y de buen modo.

De obligada parada y comprar aunque sea una bandeja de perrunillas. Pasamos por la puerta y ya el olor invitaba a entrar, la barra de pan integral estaba crujiente y de miga esponjosa, buenísima, pero el hornazo relleno de chorizo y lomo son palabras mayores, que espectáculo. De verdad, siento ser de tan lejos para no poder volver a probarlo, es chico que nos atendió muy amable, de 10, que vaya muy bien.

Lo primero señalar el trato tan agradable cuando entras en la Panadería. Los productos son riquísimos. El hornazo espectacular, suave y nada grasiento, y con un sabor a pan muy rico. El pan muy bien elaborado, sus dulces igual de buenos. Recomiendo mucho esta panadería.

De visita por La Alberca a primera hora del día al pasar por esta panadería el olor nos hizo salíbar 😊😊, entramos y no podímos evitar comprar un hornazo de chorizo y lomo, recién hecho calentito, una autoentica delicia. Además el dueño súper amable y nos dejó hacer una foto de su horno de leña 🪵, un placer comprar y degustarlo, volveremos antes de volver a casa.
